Ed Kamenitzer has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the restaurant and commercial real estate industry. After receiving his MBA from Baruch College at CUNY, Ed pursued a successful career in business development and sales with a multinational corporation, he founded and developed a chain of eight restaurants and a catering business in the New York metropolitan area. His extensive industry experience in restaurant finance, operations and management, combined with his extensive skills in business development, deal structuring and negotiation, contribute to his success as one of the leading real estate brokers in the restaurant industry. His relationships and expertise in working with leading chefs, restauranteurs and food service operators are invaluable in creating mutually beneficial deals with landlords, hotels and restaurant chains and successful business opportunities. He continues to leverage upon his success in the industry and is also a managing partner with Porto Ventures, bringing financial capital and industry expertise to investments in commercial real estate, hospitality and service-related industries.

Mr. Shel Snyder, Senior VP/Partner, comes to us from Abrams Realty Corp where he was the Senior Managing Director of the Riese Organization's Retail Property Portfolio, for more than 20 years. His commercial real estate experience includes purchases, sales, acquisitions, lease negotiations, and development of retail spaces and restaurants representing both landlords and tenants. Throughout his career, Shel has completed in excess of $750 million in commercial leasing.

Jon-Bentley Wiggins, Sales Associate, hails from Panama City Beach, Florida where he ran a real estate development consultancy and construction company. His projects included mixed-use, infill multi-family and resort development in Florida, New Orleans, and Finland. He has a film degree from USC and is a ULI member and NYU real estate school alumni.
